We believe AI tools should work for people, not the other way around.
IcebreakerAI was founded on a simple observation: the companies investing the most in AI tools are often the same ones struggling to get their employees to use them. The problem isn’t the technology — it’s the gap between what the tool can do and what the person needs to do.
We close that gap with systems, not consulting. Our approach is analytical, scalable, and quality-controlled. We built a pipeline that can process an entire organization’s workforce and deliver role-specific AI configurations — validated, scored, and integrated into the platforms people already use.
Who we are
Lauren Crawley
CEO & Founder

MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, MIT Professional Certificate in Cybersecurity. She built IcebreakerAI because she kept seeing the same pattern from the inside: companies investing heavily in AI tools while their employees struggled to use them. The technology wasn’t the problem. The gap between the tool and the work was.
